Toc toc, is there anyone who can help with my headlight? I mean, somebody who actually changed his and/or has the RMT, and can give me some instructions, or point me to some Website about motorcycle electrics...

Forgive my impatience but I'm eager to mount it and I prefer not to just try blindly and risk to break something.

T'es sûr qu'il n'y a rien à changer ? Il ne faut pas un adapatateur H4 ? On passe d'une prise R2 du type 1 à du H4 !?!?

I didn't think I could just replace the new plug with the old one... great solution!
Now I took the new plug off... I'll go check if it's the same as the old one.

Non il n'y a rien a changer, j'ai roulé quelque temps avec une vrai H4... Au niveau electrique les branchements sont identiques. Au niveau mécanique en revanche... je parle juste de l'ampoule, pas du phare complet, bien sur.

Christddel is right, the plug is absolutely the same. Now I need to buy a couple of screws and I can mount the new headlight. Hopefully the bike won't explode ;-)
